Because they are poor, Dicky never got the chance to wear "clean" clothes, and never brought "cool" toys at school, which never made him stand out from his classmates. Ti, can't afford to buy his son expensive clothes and toys, so where else can he go? - - to the junk yard! While searching for a "new" toy for his son, he stumbled upon a mysterious orb, which turned out to be a bizarre "pet" with extraordinary powers. Dicky amazed with CJ7's ability, the orb, brought it at school with him, where he got the chance to show off to his classmates, for the first time. Little that he knew, that bringing CJ7 to school... was very bad idea.
